3. there a topless beach in south beach in miami. its a very public beach. Playa linda beach the very last parking lot has a nude area thats out side Titusville Fl. paking $3-$6. Haulover Beach which is near North Miami beach has a nude area. Last time i whent it was $5 for parking. Blacks Beach (San Diago Ca.) has a nude beach, but its a huge pain in the ass to go down a very step moutain, and back up to when going to that nude beach .
